1. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if work has not yet started.

• If work has already begun, only a partial refund may be issued, depending on the progress.

• Once the final resume or CV is delivered, no cancellations will be accepted.

 

2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• If you cancel within 12 hours and work has not started, a full refund will be issued.

• If delivery is delayed beyond 5 business days due to our fault, you may request a partial refund.

• If you are not satisfied with the final resume, we offer free revisions instead of refunds.

• No refunds will be provided for digital downloads, customized CVs, or express delivery orders.

 

3. Revisions & Modifications

• We provide up to 3 free revisions within 7 days of delivery.

• Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges.

 

4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
